QLIQ AMC Software Usage Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between IQturf Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai ("Company") and the User ("Customer") for the use of the IQturf Software ("Software") which is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS).
By using the Software, I as user agree that the following terms:
1. Limited Use: The Software is provided solely for the purpose of tracking maintenance. The Company does not provide any hardware or equipment and is not responsible for the maintenance, repair, or damages of any linked products or services.
2. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the misuse of the Software, including but not limited to damages caused to linked products or services.
3. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
By using the QLIQ AMC Software as SaaS, the Customer agrees to these above terms.
